Hello everyone!!!

I found out about this blog website from my sister-in-law Aimee and thought it might be fun to post funny kid stories and pictures once in a while. I hope everyone is having a stress free Christmas so far. We finally finished all of our shopping yesterday. When you have little kids you see so much that you know they would just love to get. We had to finally draw the line and officially say we were finished. We will be going to Amanda and David's house for Christmas in Albuquerque. We are excited to see them and introduce them all to Morgan. We will then be hosting my parents as well as some family from Lubbock and some good friends for Morgan's blessing on Jan. 7th.

Here is a quick story that I thought was funny. Brooke lives in her own little 3 year old fantasy that includes the fact that she has a baby and has 2 or 3 more babies in her tummy. Brooke totally has convinced herself that she is in fact a mommy and that she needs to take care of her baby all day long. Brooke does everything for her baby including bathing, feeding, changing diapers, and dressing. Her baby's name is Ashton and she goes everywhere with us. Sometimes Brooke is overly confident in her mothering skills and tries to "help" with Morgan.

The other day I was in the shower and Jeremy was laying down with Morgan in our bed. Brooke woke up and laid down with them. Jeremy was sort of in and out of sleep but woke up to find Brooke with her shirt all the way up and trying to feed Morgan. She told Jeremy that Morgan was hungry and that she could feed her. She said "mine are little but she still likes them".

Three year olds are so much fun...
